A growth mindset is exponential. It is powerful because it encourages exponential thinking.

Instead of thinking in a limiting and linear way, as most humans do habitually. We could anticipate change and foresee a rapidly different future.

For example, people in the 1800’s believed horses were the most effective form of transport. Little did they know visionary Henry Ford would invent cars in the future.

Fast forward to today and companies like Uber allow ride sharing of cars to transport millions of people around the world and in the process create a multi-billion dollar business. Next, are self-driving cars with subscription on-demand services. What will our future be?

Exponential thinking with a growth mindset allows for anticipating disruptive technologies that will undoubtedly have a massive impact on our way of life.

People with a growth mindset thrive on challenges and see failure as great learning opportunities.

“Adopting a growth mindset creates a passion for learning. Rather than a hunger for approval” — Carol Dweck

Reframe problems into challenges and stop seeking approval from others. Once you practice this your life will change now, and into the future.
